Due to the nature of the medical products we supply, we cannot accept returns on all items, especially those that may compromise hygiene or patient safety once opened or used.

However, we understand that circumstances vary. We will review return requests on a case-by-case basis. If a return is approved, it must be:

• Initiated within 28 days of the purchase date.
• In its original, unopened, and unused condition.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.
