Last week we brought Operations, Service, Marketing and E commerce together in the warehouse to spend time working alongside one another and seeing first hand how everything connects.
It is easy to understand your own role in a business. What is more powerful is understanding how that role fits into the bigger picture.
From customer conversations and order processing to picking, packing and dispatch, every stage plays a part in the experience we deliver. Spending time together in the warehouse gave us the opportunity to see the full journey in action, not just our individual piece of it.
When teams share the same space, something shifts. Questions get answered in real time. Ideas come more naturally. There is a deeper appreciation for the pace, the pressure and the precision that keeps everything moving.
It was not about stepping outside of our roles. It was about strengthening them through better understanding.
Collaboration is not just a buzzword. It is what helps us move faster, solve problems smarter and ultimately deliver a better experience for our customers.
